Reiki energy healing

A gentle, hands-on practice that channels universal life force energy to balance the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki helps release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and promote a deep inner calm.

Each session includes approximately 45 minutes of hands-on energy work, followed by a 15-minute reflection and grounding chat, where we gently discuss what was felt or released during your session.

Indian Head Massage

An ancient Ayurvedic practice focusing on the head, neck, and shoulders-areas where tension and stress often accumulate. Using rhythmic movements and soothing pressure, this treatment melts away anxiety, improves circulation, and restores harmony.

Featherlight Touch & Sensory Relaxation Experience

Drift into deep relaxation through a luxurious sensory journey of slow, delicate touch. With featherlight tracing to encourage relaxation and mindfulness, this session calms the mind, melts away tension, and awakens peaceful, tingling sensations of bliss.

Set in a serene, candle-lit space, each session includes grounding gentle music and mindful, intuitive touch-creating a meditative escape for your body and mind.

EFT Tapping
(Emotional Freedom Technique)

EFT combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with guided affirmations to release emotional blockages, anxiety, or self-limiting beliefs. This simple yet powerful technique brings emotional lightness, clarity, and calm.

Everyone has a story worth preserving-a legacy of lessons, laughter, and love.

In this sacred offering, I sit with you for a 90-minute conversation, gently guiding you to share your memories, wisdom, and personal journey.

From there, I craft your story into a beautifully written Soul Scroll - printed, hand-finished, and placed inside a glass bottle or small treasure chest.

A keepsake for you, your family, or generations to come- infused with intention, energy, and soul.
