About me

I’ve spent much of my life supporting others, first through a long career as a Probation Officer in Canada, and now through healing work. Though the setting has changed, the purpose remains the same: to help people find peace, release old patterns, and rediscover their inner strength. Alongside my Holy Fire/Usui Reiki training, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and am a certified Indian Head Masseuse,  providing me with a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour, ethics, and the importance of creating safe, respectful spaces. This background informs how I hold space during Reiki sessions with sensitivity, professionalism, and clear boundaries. 

Based in the Algarve, Portugal, I offer both in-person and distance Reiki sessions. Distance Reiki works because Reiki energy is not limited by physical space or time; it is guided by intention and connection, allowing the same calming and balancing effects whether we are together in person or connecting anywhere in the world.
